Beginnings

P.B. Donoghue was founded in London over 50 years ago by Ben and Elizabeth Donoghue. From the beginning, they built the business around hard work, determination and a commitment to doing things well.

Those values have remained with the company as it has grown, continuing through the generations and shaping the way we work today.

P.B. Donoghue has grown from its beginnings into a well-established and recognised name within the construction industry. Today, a team of over 100 people and a fleet of more than 65 vehicles operate from our Watford depot, providing a comprehensive range of waste management services to leading construction companies across London, Hertfordshire and beyond.

Continued investment, innovation and adaptation have kept P.B. Donoghue at the forefront of developments within the industry, allowing us to provide our customers with a high-quality, reliable service.

Under the guidance of our current Managing Directors, P.B. Donoghue continues to grow and evolve, while maintaining the strong customer focus that has been central to the business from the beginning. Our commitment to our customers and the way we work has helped sustain the business’s growth over the years.

Our services have expanded over time to include Skip Hire, Roll-On Roll-Off Hire, Tipper Hire and Grab Hire, alongside the supply of Aggregates, Haulage and Self-Drive.

The continued development of the business is a testament to the owners and the many loyal employees who have contributed to P.B. Donoghue over the years.
